Best of luck beating it, because it’s a shitty situation, but I think you need to start taking this a little more seriously. A lot will depend on your record on the testimony of the guy you ran down, so if he’s a no-show that’s a big help to you. I will never see guy number too again in my life gaurenteed lol… He isnt coming back upstate to testify lol and thats only if the case goes to trial… Im trying to get off with a disorderly conduct which is a violation not a crime and skip the trial bullshit. Trial is a gamble no matter how much evidence you have and im def not willing to go that distance for a coin flip outcome. I dont think I mentioned this erither, but I had a witness in my store the entire time, some kid trying to sell a $20 cell phone.
