That’s awesome! I very rarely post on this forum but had to post on this. I have a black 1950 Buick special 4 dr with red painted steel wheels! Once I get to my lap top I’ll post a pic they are like twins ---

Well, time to bring this build back from the dead. Someone recently asked me on here what the hell happened to this car. Long story short, my father ran out of motivation & time to work on this car. Last summer it sat due to us working on redoing my old CRX. I came home the other night from work & got sick of looking at this multi color mess of a classic & decided as a father’s day gift I would start working on getting it done for my Dad as a father’s day gift so to speak. This is 1 of my dad’s toys & what had happened was he didn’t take his time doing body work & shot some panels black & wasn’t happy with the result. He then decided he wanted like a flashy hot rod look & reshot the panels blue which came out great. After putting the front end on the car & the doors he wasn’t impressed so now it’s back to black. Car is now going to be a rat rod. Flat black with a flat white roof & white wall tires. I’ll make sure to post pics as I make progress. Hoping by July to have it be 2 colors rather than 4 haha.
