all the inspection, vin, registration records also color, model, year, and all ur info, and i think preivious tickets and all that can be brought up when u get pulled over just by using the plates. so if the computer says u got a red sticker and its majically blue u are s.o.l. hence thats why it usally takes forever for them to get out of the car. either that or they have to finish thier coffe and doughnuts lol
