I have been searching around for a bit; figured I’d just ask because I couldn’t find exactly what I needed.
2 days ago I got a ticket for rolling through a stop sign. (although I think I stopped)
I understand the whole plea not guilty so they reduce it to a parking ticket +School.
I think I went to school for a speeding ticket about a year and 4 months ago. Someone at work told me that if you have gone within the last 18 months, that they would not be able to let me do the school thing and most likely just give me a fine and points…
My question is: Is it true that if i took the class within 18 months, am I SOL?

18 months from the court date, not the ticket date…

haha ya it was in west seneca. I’ll just pretend then. 18 months is really a friggen long time now that I think of it.
