I never met the guy but I know people who know him through the corvette/z06 locals. Sullivan Chevy did not replace the engine under warranty but they were the ones doing the work, appearantly Jiffy Lube settled, and paid for a replacement. He doesn’t want the vehicle anymore because it would not be a numbers matching car. ---
