im pretty sure hes racing a lancer though cause i thought evo’s were faster than this

It’s an Evo… they spend over a minute panning over the car. You can clearly see it’s an Evo (as well as the license plate… gee I bet the owner appreciates that).

Either the EVO is way overrated, the dude in the EVO can’t drive, or the Neon has a few mods.
