How can you even say that when the last administration violated any privacy right you had in the name of security? And when it comes to spending, I’d rather see that money go towards getting America out of this recession and helping Americans, instead of going into the pockets of no-bid contractors in Iraq. So no the argument is not mute. $50,000,000 to the arts? Hello art is an industry like anything else. Artists, musicians, photographers…these people fuel the economy to you know. I see nothing wrong with this. ---

I see nothing wrong with this. well fuck I own a camera, I play the drums, and I’m a sketch artist so give me a shit ton of money and call it “stimulating the economy”. There was way too much pork spending going on right now. it is rediculous. The country is in so much debt right now from these “bailouts” that your grandchildren’s grandchildren will be paying it back. ---

That really needs to be built into the next round of welfare/public aid reform. If you become pregnant while on Medicaid/Welfare/etc. At the very least, you get no additional benefits for the child. If we can go one step up, you lose your benefits too for stupidity. One step above that, mandatory adoption. And the final step, mandatory abortion. You’re stupid and you probably did it wrong anyway. ---
