Whats the deal with them? How old does your car have to be for NY? Whats the benefits? Cost?

I dont think you can get antique tags, it has to have them already on them and you can pay to not upgrade to the new ones.

or something like that.

Antique tags have nothing to do with classic car insurance, for the most part.
