how fast in a what mph zone? any points on your license/other things on your record?

We are also gonna need your date of birth, driver ID number, and social security number.
In all seriousness you have very little chance of making a ticket “go away” in Tonawanda. Good luck though.

52 in a 30. no points or other issues. My nose has been clean for a while. I used to have a hook up but he retired =(
Can’t afford a gorgarious fine so i was hoping to find an alternative.

I wouldn’t be so sure. 22 over in a 30 probably isn’t going to go over real well with the DA since the 30 is almost certainly a residential area.

That was on NFB in Tonawanda, 21 over in a 40 and the judge offered school, 2 points and a parking ticket.

I have a 32 over in a 30 MPH zone and I have no points. I’m just sending it in “Not guilty”
It’s in Amherst. I didn’t mean to drive that fast, as I just turned the corner and stepped on it since it was a wide open street. OOPS.

30+ over is 8 points if they give me the boot…

^ It’s Amherst, you’re going to get a few expensive parking tickets, and maybe school. They need 100% of your ticket revenue to keep at 485 cops on the payroll, so I doubt you’ll ever see a traffic violation for something other than “parking” in Amherst court.

Lol fry i’d be afraid of the judge throwing his gavel at me if i said that haha.
I thought the limit was 40 or 45 which still doesnt make it ok but not as bad as it looks.

ive always heard about town of ton being pretty easy and that theyll just want your money instead lol.
if they offer u points, dont accept and come back with a lawyer, ull get no points

Town of tonawanda has always been fair to me.
