# Any Interest in an 83' Datsun 280zx?

I’m just making this thread to find out if there’s any interest in this car. If so, I might sell it. However, due to its rarity no one might like them anymore. hahaha 1983 Datsun 280zx T-Top Coupe 5 speed. 87,000 miles -Completely rebuilt frame, NO RUST as all. new custom Frame Rails, all rust spots fixed with sheet METAL and not bondo or fiberglass. Painted Gunmetal Metallic Gray. -Custom Catback exhaust, sounds great (no cat btw, butler doesn’t have emissions testing but one can be thrown on there) -Modified Intake. -Redone interior, new carpet, seats, floormats, carbon pedals that match the carpet, neon UNDER the dash (virtually unnoticable until you turn it on. The floor glows green just like the dash.) controllable with switches next to the pioneer CD stereo deck. -Digital Dash. -Grant Steering Wheel -Very very clean interior, uncracked original dash too. As an Honest potential seller, there are things that are fixable with the car. (I will probably take care of this over the winter when I put it in the garage.) -A/C is currently not working. -Minor Leak in passenger window due to alignment (common with t-top cars) -Rear Defroster heat element does not work. (The window doesn’t fog up anyways, so I’ve never worried about it.) However I should be able to fix this. -Minor scratches in paint (Highly descreet, unless I actually tell you where they are you probably can’t see them lol)     (wing is removed but will come with the car.)

can u provide a ballpark price? Hard to define interest otherwise.

Was this the one for sale in Wexford/Warrendale less than a year ago? If so it was clean as could be.

nope it wasn’t hahaha This car is pretty damn clean though. very minor issues with it but overall its attractive and turns heads

Clean car, seen it around. The one that was for sale in Wexford and Warrendale was silver with ugly rims.

was it the 240z next to festival food/hummer dealership down by north allegheny school district?
cause that was DAMN ugly. lol
interior was trashed and there was some rust, they wanted 10 grand for it.
