anything special I need to know?
where can I get the document that gets notarized?
etc, pops has taken a turn for the worst and is suffering from Dementia which is like alzheimers. gotta take over his responsibilites and shit.
any help is greatly appreciated. I called the AG’s office here and the lawyer was useless. couldnt help me with any questions.

my office does them
