I had a question for the deer hunting guys at my work but nobody could answer it a lot of them have 10-50 acres they hunt on their own land are you allowed to kill deer however you want on your own property? Specifically can you jump down from a tree and use a machete to kill them asking for a friend ---

I’ve also been told DEC officers can circumvent search and seizure… without a warrant. ---
