# Any Phase2Motortrend customers here?

I sent them an email asking about their items in stock, and shipping times, and have yet to get an email back. If this is the service they offer now, i wouldn’t want to go through them again.
If only there was a better alternative.

yea i’ve delt with them a couple times before
they ship out the same day if its in stock, and they are great guys. never had a problem with them. Shipping is usually 5 buisness days

I guess I must be one of the lucky pretty ones because everytime
I have emailed them they email me back the same night or next day.
Just wait it out they went to the Driver Serch so I’m guessing didn’t have time to get to the emails.

JRP match phase2s price?? wow, never thought I’d ever hear of that.
I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff from phase2, never had any problems, always quick as a bunny, they’re prob eithor backed up or having tech problems.

they were at d1 and are jsu8t now getting things sorted out.
mty shipment was only shipped yesterday and they got payment a week ago.
i called and the said they were jsut backed up

Cool, they just emailed me to apologize. They had my order in stock and will ship immediately.
