lol your funny, there was never a 454 offered in a vette, in any year, you must talking about the 427 L88? or were you referring to the L78 im not quite sure? know your sure before you argue, the c4 doesnt suck at all, and thats my point

id take a 96 grand sport over a stingray vette, but just a regular c4 compared to a c3 i think the c3 wins in looks, but in performance its way behind

Vettes were built with 454s from 70-72 in both the LS-6 (450hp) and LS-5 (385hp)

First car? was the T/A for 1000 bucks…cavalier…$500, sold it for $3400 which led to buying the wrecked rsx for 1500 + parts + selling other parts from the rsx to lead to my k swap…T/A cost me about eh, haven’t really added it up…went pay check to pay check buying parts for it until winter when i worked probably 72+ hours that winter with all the storms…you do the math 15$ x more than 72 hours…you see where my money comes from…
Wish my parents would’ve went out and bought me a nice newer car :🙂
that’s beside the topic though… 96 Corvette Grand Sport ftw!

Who made the n00b comment about a 454 being in a Corvette? :wtf
and the new 427 and the old 427 are still different motors…the new 427 is a small block, and is much improved and modern compared to the old BB 427

+1, i was never saying they were ass cars…i just think the Grand Sport and ZR1 are better all around performance wise…i like your dad’s year too when people put some nice rims and lower them. :nod

i never questioned you where you got the money or anything… but thaks for tellin me… 72+hours at 15 anf hour is about 1100… big turbo software for my car cost close to a grand… i’d need more then 1100 to DO WORK
