my friend wrecked his blue mustang i gues he was drunk and going like 100 and hit something but thats all i know…

learning the hard way… at least he had about a minute of sobering up time while trying to hit 100… lets see how fast we can get to 100 and then how fast we can stop whammy right into the ditch… hey buddy we stopped quicker than we got to 100… sucks to be them

ya i just learned he has a broken nose and a head injury but as of monday they were not sure how bad of one… no word on the passenger

yeah, this happened like a block from my house. i was awake…i didnt hear the crash, but heard the helicopter landing…he lost control right at broadway/s. pkwy intersection, and you can see the skid mark which goes for about 30-40 feet…then the tree with no bark.
of course the passenger gets the grunt of it. I hope they are both ok, but you cant get any more stupid. who does 100+ mph in a 6 cyl. mustang? we figured he probobly started building speed somewhere in tonawanda.

Odds are he won’t have it taken away… If he refused the field tests and gets a good lawyer. Refusing the test means he will get a conditional license for at least a year, and the speeding (most likely felony speeding) will be reduced.

they were both unconscience at the scene so they must have done the alky tests at hospital… his passenger i learned was more drunk then the driver was

not true. new laws went into effect at the end of last year regarding this. if you refuse the test now your are worse off than taking it… something like a year and a half without a license
