I have neer smoked but I think your first stop is to head off to your doctor. They can certainly help. I also heard that hypnotism really does work. At first I was sceptical but I have seen three hypnotist shows now (not related to smoking) and it is really amazing the suggestions that that they can put into people’s minds. If they can get someone to milk another person’s calf (muscle) they can help with the smoking. ---

If you need the name of a great hypnotist let me know. I used to clench/grind my teeth whenever I was stressed, but after hypnosis, I can deal with my stress in other ways that destroying my teeth. ---
