me and my buddy were having a convo about old school cable descrambler boxes, how we used to buy them on ebay and stuff and go home and get all the analog channels we could ever want lol.
Anyways, i lived in tonawanda, we always had adelphia. But my buddy lived right in the university heights area, they had a different cable company.
Anbody remember the name of that cable company?
Its something stupid but its just racking my brain.

Nope, Jones was OP and Lockport.
Buffalo was TCI.
And you don’t want to know how many people I got involved figuring this out at work just now. :lol:

We always had adelphia in my part of depew, but its really cheektowaga. I do remember jones though. There may have been another company but i can’t remember.

No way man, TCI’s shady installers were the best. I gave the guy $20 when he installed my basic cable and he gave me everything. It worked for almost a year before they did some audit and put the filter back on.
