# Anyone deal with Omega? (sensors, etc)

Worse customer service ever. I’ve been trying to exchange a LVDT sensor and get a modification on a load cell for a few weeks now and every time it’s a 25 minute phone call before I can talk to anyone, usually I get a disgruntled black chick who doesn’t speak loud enough and just puts me on hold again once I say I need help with an order number. I got a hold of this one guy who seemed really helpful at first but is impossible to reach.

Ugh.

I buy temp dots from them, but thats about it. Never had an issue with ordering them, but Ive never had to make a return…

Sucks, but Ill keep that in mind if I ever need to deal with them in the future.

Yea, they seem fabulous as long as you don’t need to call or return anything. I’m not even sure if the replacement part has been ordered even though I sent back the original one already. Took three phone transfers and a week to get an RA#

They def have some cool products, but I’ve never been impressed with their response times to questions and even delivery.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that isn’t happy with their service. Their load cells have served me well. I can’t speak to their LVDTs – I use Solartron.
