It’s the over the air servers being overwhelmed. If you connect it to iTunes and go that route on the computer it will download. ---

Any battery usage improvements? Installing Instagram has since fucked my battery life even when the phone is idle with notifications off! ---

:lol yep just tried it again and now in the process of updating. im pretty happy to be able to use it for more than a couple minutes (i know someone who is a developer for apple and he had ios 7 about a month ago) ---
