Fucked my shit up last night. This soft food/ liquid diet is for the birds. I needs me a steak! I got a pretty nice list of what I can eat, but if anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears! It’s gonna be a rough couple weeks. ---

No full cage. That is going to change. I’ve had too many trips to the ER because of hockey injuries that could of been prevented by wearing a cage. Enough is enough. And your right, you don’t need a jaw to play hockey but it hurts enough as it is, I can’t imagine getting hit again even with a cage on, so I will take a break for a little while until I’m healed and can eat solid food again. And yawning and sneezing sucks bad fwiw! ---

Broke mine and had it surgically repaired, was wired shut for 9 weeks. Gatorade, Milkshakes and boost/ensure lost 40 pounds. ---
