distribution of a controlled substance
use of a communication facility in furtherance of a controlled substance felony
conspiracy and attempt to commit a controlled substance felony
continuing criminal enterprise maintaining a drug involved premises
use of a facility in interstate commerce in aid of a racketeering enterprise
laundering of monetary instruments) and/or monetary transactions involving property derived from specified unlawful activity
Officials say they seized 14 weapons, illegal drugs including cocaine and marijuana, $15,000 in cash, and approximately 10 vehicles in the raids.

You need to gather enough evidence to bring down shit like this and really really make it stick.
MOST of these guys are not going to walk or get reduced sentences. I would not be surprised if most of the Confidential Informants were alot of the smaller guys busted in the niagara county drug raid last year.
