# Anyone have any Scarification done?

Was looking into getting a few tattoos finished and thought about maybe getting some scarification done, nothing big just something small. Anyone on here ever had it done? Where or who around here does it? Here is a link to what I am talking about if you dont know.

I got a nice scar on my leg courtesy of Tent Pole @ Pic-Nic

edit: I know nothing of this process, but wouldnt it heal over time?

I think its stupider than a tattoo, it looks alright when its fresh but yea no.

i really like tattoos and some piercings. I never got into scars or brands, though.

I would never get it done but I have seen pictures of some decent work. It takes a long time to heal and the process is very tedious, you have to keep it covered with saran wrap until it’s fully healed. And you forever have to watch out for it since it’s just thin scar tissue now, the skin breaks very easy. My favorite piece was an autopsy scar. I bet that will fuck with a lot of people.

ive seen it done before scaring and branding.well if you like getting cut with a razor then go for it.and branding ive seen done 2 times.the guys didnt think it was a good idea afterwards(kids that have dermal anchors)so that can take a little pain.
and the branding smells bad,day of the dead bad

sean you know jimbo he has it done… I think it looks fucking cool as hell once it heals even better… he got his work done by wizer b4 he want to cali… I think cowpoke does it around here…but if you can handel the pain I say do it…y not

I have a sun on my left arm, more of a symbol, looks identical to this ~~\> -O-
It’s small, about the size of a bottle cap, done with a surgical knife. Didn’t hurt a bit, and the result was very clean (as opposed to burnt skin done in branding).
