I think I’ll either be going there this spring, or next fall. I haven’t decided if I’m going to commute or stay there though. ---

well its not a bad school for around here but like Mark said its not a WVU or PIT or PSU but let me know about when you will be down there i know alot of people down there bc all my friends from around my place go there i only live like 7 mins from down town cal ---

why for all that is holy would you go to get a teaching degree in PA if you are goin to move? I quit the teaching program and decided on liberal arts because of all the stupid hoops you have to jump through in this state to become a teacher. get your bach. and move to FL. they need teachers and if you stay north no need to speak spanish. Just tellin you from someone who dealt with it for longer than I wanted. half the reason I decided not to go back to school this semester was because of the politics. ohhh and dont ever expect cal to send your transcripts anywhere else. I have had to deal with that crap too and it sucks. one person tells you to talk to one office and another tells you to talk to the office you just got transfered from. it isnt all bad though. the food in the union isnt bad for college and some really cool professors. try to get slaven for history and if you want secondary ed take as many of campbells classes as you can. all you have to do is show up and do one 5 min presentation and participate in class once a month and you get an A. ---

Where are you living?the new dorms are the shit, they just tore down the hall i stayed in when Iw as there… i donno how that place was still standing. Still, its boring as fuck on weekends, should bring your car so you can GTFO since that place is a ghost town during the summer/weekends. Get a job somewhere in UT or something to pass the time if you ARE staying there on weekends. ---

My roomate’s name is Rich. 8grand - I won’t have a car until my Jeep sells, so getting to UT won’t be possible for now. As soon as I get a car though I’ll be out on the weekends. ---

I know a couple of kids that came out of Cal U that went the same route (want to teach Tech Ed) and got jobs in the area rather easily. This area isn’t bad for teachers in Tech Ed and the sciences (Chem/Physics/etc…). Anything else, head south of the Mason/Dixon Line unless you know school board members or principals. ---

congrats on goin there bro i graduated this past year. As for vandalizing, no. people who cant drive worth a shit and dont care if they hit your vehicle. yes. i had my dakota for maybe 3 weeks and i had a little ding in the passenger side quad cab. my buddy had his new truck dinged as well. thats why those parking spots damn basically in fayette county across the tracks are great. No way would i park my trans am or vette anywhere near anybody else. just a heads up bro. ---
