# anyone here work at the DMV?

It is a supermarket check cashing card as far as DMV is concerned.

as far as visa:  
Canadians don’t need visa to visit US, but that doesn’t have to mean that you can’t get one. Now if you have a Canadian passport with a US visa in it, then at the border they will give you an I-94 form, to document your entry (after begin super confused I suspect).  
Canadian passport+Us visa+ I-94 = 3 points.
