The way I’m doing it isnt ideal since I dont have a football field nearby I can use. The most effective way we could come up with was elliptical for the “base-line” cardio and then other various activities for the high intensity part (speed rope has been my fav recently). Jumping on and off the elliptical 10 times as fast as possible has yet to cause an injury but I’m sure its only a matter of time. Any ideas to spice things up? Need new ideas to keep it interesting.

HIIT can be done many ways, no reason you can’t do the entire HIIT routine on the eleptical, treadmill, whatever, it really does not matter as long as the protocal is followed.
