I’m getting a new next-door neighbor at the end of the month and I found out yesterday that it’s a 24-25 year old single guy. Is it any of you schmucks? The house is on Mayfield. ---

Im not to far from you guys…im on highland parkway and love it been here 3 years without a problem except for my noisey ass neighbor complained of me working on my cars all day, then i put up a fence/gate and blocked their view and no more complaint. I cant wait to see what they say when i build the biggest allowed garage without a variance petition lol. hahaha. ---

I’ve never seen the new owner. I was just talking to the current/former owner’s son and he said a guy about 24-25 bought it by himself. I’ll bug ya for details if I see a silver Monte around…
