# Anyone know of muay thai training in WNY?

sorry, been drunk and entertaining people without power all weekend 🙂

BJJ = brazilian jujitsu  
arguably it has currently developed into the best gound fight art.

Kenpo/Kempo  
its an amercanized martial art. being relatively young/modern its seems a little more useful for getting you out of a situation in 1 piece. lots of quick powerful strikes, and joint locks.

but thats just an opinion. everyone will have their own, so hit that site up, and talk to some others that train. :tup:
