Those are known as BBS RM. They came on 90-92 VW GTI 16vs. The ones in the pic have been modified with an aftermarket lip that is a bit wider, probably made by a company called Kodiak. Those are BBS RS. Note the center caps continue the mesh pattern. They are also 3 piece instead of 2 piece like the RM. ---
