Well I want to check this car out but grand island is a good 45 mins from me and Buffalo is a small world  
Anyone seen it around or know anything about it that could potentially save me from spending an afternoon checking it out?

I have never seen the car in person, but I believe they have been trying to sell it for a while now.

that price and no test drives allowed, at all.

if your selling a car like this, you gotta let interested parties test drive it, and in the process your gonna have a couple people that turned out to be joyriders. fact of life
