I would search hondatech under one of the valve cover threads or start a new one on there as I have a feeling it will be more help then here. ---

place a bunch of skittles on the running motor for 15 min, you will get the same effect. just saved you 500 bucks. ---

I’ve done solid color and hard anodizing in the past and it’s alot of work to get it to come out in the picture like that. $550 is a good price if underhood glamour is your style. ---
