My one year intro rate just ran out.
I have roadrunner, and digital cable with the free hd.
82.82 per month including taxes, that was fine by me.
Now it went up to 109.89 per month.
What should I call them up and threaten them with? Do they make any kind of a deal on price to existing customers?
I might have to say the word fios a few times in the conversation, even though it is not available in the part of west seneca where I live…
Any tips?
I’d like to stay with cable, I like the hd sabres, and canadian channels, and the ability to split the signal…

Well they skipped out again on me to fix my line. Dish is looking better and better.
