im getting tired of having my garage in greensburg… i only need the lift side maybe once a month so i have a whole other bay that can fit 2 cars in or just park one in and be able to completly work on it all around with enought room… its a big garage i would let you have full access to the air tools bench// and you would have your own full garage [2 bays] you can even use the lift as long as i don t have car in there i couldn t go less then 180 a month… includes everything… heat electric… access tot he whole place but youd have to keep you stuff on your side… unless your working on the lift [short periods only] i keep that bay open only down side is you can t// be there during work hours due to the shops above… and you can t paint in it so after 5 pm u can pound on anything… crank the stereo up… do what ya want… -reason for me deciding to rent the other side out is cause i don t need it… and i don t feel like spending the money i do
