# Apartment: Depew, Amherst, Clarence

Looking for something nice, doesn’t have to be huge though. Would prefer a place that allows pets (ie: cat or dog) and is ~ $700/month after utilities.

Very quiet and responsible couple who always pay on time.

theres a house for rent/sale down my street. Also has garage.

Not sure what they ask for rent, but i could probably get a number to call for you.

Thanks. I will def. check it out. Really wish I was ready to buy, but going to wait another year until after the wedding.

Look in North Buffalo, it’s quiet and nice, and real close to amherst. I pay $625, gotta pay heat and electric though, for a 3 bedroom that is really nice and big. We have one off street parking spot, laundry hook ups, a garage, and a big basement.

You could definitely find a 1 bedroom for much cheaper, plus the utilities would be less too.

place for rent on Aurora almost on the corner of Broadway…its in the village of Lancaster, stones throw from Depew.
