Where could I get a descent apartment in Pgh, or sorrounding area close to Station Square, 300-450 a month with good options. ---

i dont know… I live in the north hills in a place called presidential arms and they run a deal where if it is your first time renting from them they give you 3 months free… and prorate it into your year accoiunt… For example, I hjave a 2 bedroom apartment for a prerated 510 a month. The one bedrooms were as low as 4 something… but its in a secluded area on its own road and they are a good size… ---

what kinda area is Prospect park, Munhall, west homestead, wilmerding? ---

I had a townhouse - 2 bedrooms, garage, deck, dining room, and included utilities for $415 a month. It was sweet… but that was in Port Vue ---

Wilmerding is nowhere close to station square, it’s out past Turtle Creek off the Tri Boro hwy. There is a kick ass restaurant there tho, Station Brake. Other than that, I used to go down there to go to the tanning place before it closed up. Didn’t look like THAT bad of an area, kinda poor, but it could be the hood :dunno: I’ve never heard gunshot when eating dinner at Station Brake put it that way 🙂 ---

I commuteI think its still Munhall, but not sure I really dont know munhall that great but still the same The ride to work from main street Munhall isnt bad, so I guess that distance from any where around is ok. ---

the apartments by my house aren’t to much…pretty nice to… but i live on the edge of scott and greentree, so its not right next to station squ. but its not like its a long drive or anything. ---

I have a small house, 4 rooms (Bedroom, Bathroom, Dining Room, Living Room) available for rent in West Mifflin (north end of the borough). Asking $300/month plus electric. Sewage, garbage, water is paid for. IF you want cable or dish or whatever, thats up to you. ---
