If something owns something don’t you use an apostrophe? Like Mary’s car. When you want to say SHE IS, HE IS, THERE IS, you’d say she’s, he’s, there’s. FUCK. AM I RIGHT? OR WRONG? ---

mary purchased her car, therfore its Mary’s car the case did not purchase the cd the cd does not belong TO the case, it belongs IN the case , therefor its “cd in its case” ---

Word. I just had this discussion and realized that when saying “Put the CD in its case” CD is the it, not it case, so putting an apostrophe is wrong. Yay. Thanks Nyspeed school. ---
