It’s just a really obscure reference never heard anyone mention it in an Apple debate. It’s been on PCs forever and a lot of people who are training on AutoCAD are not computer people so it would make sense. It’s the same thing with people who program PLC stuff they’re super smart and do work on computers but are not always computer people. ---

You’re working with a single application and your PC setup works just fine. People who program, graphic design, consult, need to run VMs etc benefit from using Macs. ---

I bought my wife a macbook pro in 2006, after her first laptop lasted like barely 3 years, purely for the aluminum case and magsafe cord. She doesn’t take care of her things. It’s still in good shape and works like new (which means the keyboard freezes once in a while, but she doesn’t care much and I think there was a recall we didn’t bother with). I think we paid like $1800. Worth every penny. I hate apple culture, but even I can’t help but admit they make the highest quality mobile shit. ---

It’s not a sad day for android. android core functionality was not affected at all by THIS lawsuit. Some other things that Google has done were affected by other lawsuits. Google is fighting back, though. They are playing hardball on this one too.
