# Apprenticeship - looking for employer

I rather be a wuss but spend more time and see my little boy grow up 🙂

It’s true if your good at it, you can do it a lot faster or better then experienced guys. BUT, it all comes down to the owner of the shop to give you more slice of his pie in the end. If he’s willing to share then yeah, you’ll make tons. If not, your stuck in the 60-80k range for your entire career at that shop UNLESS you own a piece of the pie 🙂

Like I said, from what I’ve heard the auto collision industry ain’t like it used to be where people made 6 figures easi-er.
