And, my vote is for SSSSSSSSSSSSS’s route, I’ll give it a shot, I’ll just ask for detailed written directions since I’ll be in the back of the pack…

sorry to disappoint but the mustang wont be on the road till the first week of may, like may 5th or something.

Why not play it by ear? Obviously I won’t be driving my car if the roads are bad, snowing, etc. It could be absolutely beautiful at the end of April, who knows…

thats when my ins comes off the winter “garage” policy the sooner I put it on the sooner I have to take it off in the fall.

ive driven a moving truck with a car trailer from Wa. to Orlando florida.
ive driven from NY to Wa in a 91 gti VR6 with no heat, radio, wipers or highbeams.
ive driven my GTI from Wa to NY,
drove my GTi from NY to Orlando, among the other trips ive taken in various cars… 2 hours is nothing

I’ve towed a Supra from Ticonderoga To Tucson, AZ with a 85 Suburban. Stopped once for 2 hours.
I win.

i wouldnt say you win, but your choice of tow vehicles sucks, the vehicle being towed is cool. i drove straight from NY to WA, only stopping for fuel and food. and the next time back i drove from WA to erie PA and let my buddy take over… again only for food/fuel…
we were towing a DSM(go figure) behind the moving truck(26’ penske at 25,000lb + 20ft trailer)
