The best time for people to work with a recruiter is when you don’t absolutely NEED a job. That way you are in a better position to wait for the right opportunity. ---

Hey Sam…I’m working on my resume now for a couple places…Do you think you might have anything for me? I currently work as a legal secretary at a law firm, I love what I do but I’d like to have a job where I can keep moving up and making more money. Do you have a legal department that might be hiring?
