There’s a lot to figure out on the big track. If you go to a race and watch the experts, they know exactly what lines are the fastest, etc, but then they make everything look easy. My goal for this season is to clear that tower jump. I know I can do it, it’s just a mental thing… I cased it twice last season and it kind of freaked me out both times since I nearly lost it both times. I guess Friday’s out but I’m heading up there Saturday for sure. ---

Which jump do you consider the tower jump? do you mean from big hill to big hill? Shit, I didnt notice member weekend was this weekend until just now. Ill be there! I wonder if I can regrease my shock linkage/swing arm in under 2 hours. lol ---

tower jump is when you come out of the bottom corner, hit the step up, then the next jump, which is a step up, but there is also a landing higher up(the announcer tower is to your right)… once you do it, you will kick yourself for not trying it before, it’s so easy We should have a little nyspeed meet/ride here. lol ---

so you hit the little jump after the turn, hit that tall but mild first jump, then the ‘triple’ after that? thats my goal for this weekend. I am just scared of the roller after it before the turn. but I just like to make excuses. does anyone ever ‘double’ from big hill to big hill on either pair? ---

I’m not sure which big hill to big hill you’re talking about? If you’re there Sat, you can easily find me, I’ll be “riding red”, towing my CR with my red car (that’s not a Honda). Or just look for the guy who can’t ride. (First time out this season, and actually I haven’t even started my bike up this year yet) ---

today sucked. there was like 3 people there and the track was shitty as could be. Yea most people would say the less people the better, but I like to follow people and learn lines and see what to do. ---

I didn’t get there until around 1:30… you must have been gone by then. Yeah the track sucked… my buddy and I rode the intermediate track more than the main track - it was better. I’m so out of shape…super sore today. Might go thursday ~5:30 or so, if the weather is decent. ---
