so theres going lots of people there that look like they masterbated for 20 years straight, while the other arm is that of amy whinehouse. :haha and LOL at the masters class. ansd theres no way in hell im paying 20 to arm wrestle. i did it free in highschool.

yep, the guy Mike who lives down the road from me was the one that told me about it at the bar. He told me at 1am, he took home 2nd in the 190-220 class. His first match he broke some ones tendons in their arm. and another guy had a bone pop completly out, it was nuts

It’s going to be more than just arm muscle but the ability to twist/bend your wrist. I probably have near the highest bench/curl on this forum but I can’t arm wrestle worth shit.

Its a combination of overall forearm, bicep,tricep, full upper body and even leg strength, grip, technique and anticipating what your opponent is trying to do.
I can bench 320 and curl almost 200. Im 188lbs now, some of the guys in the 190-230lb open bench in the 600s :wow
