5-10 years from now or 20 when the carreer is over, you stop weight lifting and do a whole bunch of cardio… Your looking at Arnold and not understanding that he has no time to get in shape these days nor do I think he cares at this point in time… Cardio does wonders, and whats the drug withdrawl about? lol… You dont get addicted from steroids. im off right now and feel great?
