I almost see nothing in that list that is a wear item it expected from an 15? Year old used car, performance car non the less. Wiper blades? Battery? Fluid changes? Scratches? Really? He never twisted your arm to buy this? I understand if there was extra ordinary hidden damage that you wouldn’t notice at the time of buying or he wouldn’t tell you about. Accident damage hidden by bumper, bent frame below the car, car was in a flood and has electrical problems or similar might be justifiable trickery, otherwise it seems like a used car. ---

Well the car is sold as is, so I understand his point. I’m not sure on the specific details of the exchange and what agreement you guys must have had, but listing stuff like wiper blades and fluid changes? ---

While I agree with what everyones saying about inspecting the car etc… But he lied about a lot of shit, some stuff that you wouldent notice unless you really tore into the car, such as the motor swap etc. He BS’ed the shit out of EMAN about certain parts etc that were supposedly on he car that were not ---
