I am not a lawyer, but I suppose the 3 semesters of business law paid off a little bit. Spend 15 seconds on wikipedia and you can learn the same. We aren’t talking about “what he could get away with”. You can get away with murder under the right conditions. The question was about liability. Assuming they trace it back. Let me put this another way. Do you think you can cut the brake lines to your car, intentionally. Sell it to me…Disclose as is. Then I get into an accident because the brakes fail. You would be so fucking liable and I would own every current and future asset you ever owned. You might even go to jail. Besides the fact that you shouldn’t be able to sleep with yourself if you do this. This isn’t like handing in a car with a busted stereo (that you busted) and didn’t disclose. ---
