Just because it “isn’t as bad” as it once was doesn’t mean it still doesn’t fill with sewage everytime there’s a flood, have a great deal of residual industrial pollution, and a crapload of litter. lol there are signs on the Allegheny in Kittanning that read: “Warning, do not swim downstream of this sign, RAW SEWAGE DISCHARGE” also, almost bought a house in Templeton a while back… one of the guy’s key selling points was “yep, no sewage bill, no septic tanks to worry about.
