my point was that unless there’s legitmate reason to sue…ie them absolutly hating you or her having it out for you…but these kinds of things usually warrent a countersuit for emotional stress or something of that nature…i think it’s one of those laws that people like to throw around in a threating manner but not one that’s used very often…if you’re gonna sue because some 20yr old is messin around with your 15yr old daughter because yu feel that she’s “innocent” then obv you’d go for a rape charge not a “doeden’st matter if she said yes” kinda thing ---

If they dont like the fact that you are tapping their daughter, they can file criminal charges against you. But anyways, the whole point of this thread was me informing Pewter that people could tap his daughter and he cant do shit about it… :boink ---

i know they’re the same thing dood i meant that at the beginning of that “clause” it says unless otherwise pertaining to rape…meaning if I was to go after some punk kid i woulndt go after him with the attitude that my daughter liked it but it doens’t matter he’s older, i’d go at it with the…you raped my daughter attitude…get my point"? ---
