the area needs to be developed…so this is a must. and the quicker the better

The aud is like the yard car that the owner keeps saying will be restored or fixed or something done with, but in reality it will just sit there and continue to keep rotting and decaying.

Let’s save it for historic reasons… :lol:
Is there a develop plan? My big problem is all too often these things just leave a grassy field with a fence around it and a couple hundred thousand in some contractors pocket.
Buffalo has better buildings to save though. Like the central terminal, the insane asylum, and the great norther elevator.
