# Audi ABS wheel speed sensor Q (b5)

Yeah, I did some research on it last night. Not too excited about it, but I should be able to have it rebuilt by any number of companies for pretty cheap.

The thing that has me very confused is why it went at the SAME time we did the right rear wheel bearing and sensor. It just seems really odd that it happened at the same time.

Lastly, based on what I’ve read I will be just fine without repairing the module, I just won’t have ABS. Can you confirm this? Any long-term negative effects from letting this simmer for a while? (with the exception of that ANNOYING flashing light that is)
