Definitely not! im not associated with any commercial company I use winOLS to modify maps and use mpps / smps master tool to read and write to the ecu. I also do immo off, Key programming and mileage correction. I also can ad 2step (real boost building launch control) not just a soft launch control (raised rev lim)
