# Auto tranny pilot bearing

hello, im knee deep in a 5 speed swap and my auto pilot bearing is seized up in the crank, did anyone else have this problem and if so, how did you resolve it?

Are you trying to get it out?  
When i changed mine I ended up cutting it and torching it i think, in order to get it out. Mine was extremely stubborn and painful getting out, but it eventually came out.

its press fit in not siezed

heat around it with a propaine torch

vice grip it

pry agains the vice grips or smash them and it will pop off
